Throughout his career, Goris earned a reputation for his smooth glove, powerful bat, and high baseball IQ. He brings that same passion and discipline to his coaching, focusing on developing young players’ fundamentals, mental approach, and love for the game.
Whether on the field or in the dugout, Diego Goris is committed to building strong, confident athletes prepared for the next level.

Infield Coach / Former Professional Player
We are proud to welcome Coach Walner Espinal to our staff. Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, Walner began his professional career when he signed with the Miami Marlins in 2016. Over the years, he showcased his versatility as an infielder, playing second base, third base, and shortstop across multiple levels of professional baseball. His journey has taken him through the Marlins organization, independent ball, and most recently into the Frontier League, where he suited up for the Lake Erie Crushers before joining the New Jersey Jackals in 2025.
Known for his athleticism and defensive reliability, Walner built a reputation as a player who could adapt to any situation on the field. That same adaptability and determination now define his approach as a coach. He understands the challenges young athletes face—having experienced the grind of professional baseball himself—and is passionate about helping players build confidence, sharpen their fundamentals, and play the game with intelligence and heart.
Coach Walner’s experience, both internationally and in the U.S., makes him a valuable mentor for developing athletes. His focus is on teaching versatility, discipline, and game awareness—qualities that turn good players into great ones. Above all, he brings a love for baseball and a commitment to guiding the next generation of athletes toward success on and off the field.

Second Baseman, Third Baseman and Right fielder
We’re proud to have Coach Willy Collado bring his professional baseball experience and passion for the game to our program. Born in Altamira, Dominican Republic, Willy signed with the Houston Astros organization in 2016 and went on to pitch six seasons across their minor league system. During that time, he competed at multiple levels—earning recognition as a 2019 Astros Organization All-Star for his outstanding performance on the mound.
As a right-handed relief pitcher, Willy was known for his poise under pressure, his ability to attack hitters with confidence, and his consistency in closing out games. Across his career, he recorded a 3.03 ERA with 169 strikeouts in just under 140 innings pitched, proving himself as a reliable presence out of the bullpen.
More importantly, Coach Willy brings those same values of discipline, preparation, and perseverance into his coaching. He understands what it takes to grow as a player, both physically and mentally, and is passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills and love for the game. His journey from the Dominican Republic to professional baseball is a testament to hard work and determination—qualities he instills in every player he mentors.
Whether he’s working with pitchers on mechanics, teaching game strategy, or encouraging players through tough moments, Coach Willy’s goal is always the same: to help athletes reach their full potential and enjoy the game of baseball.
